We are pleased to announce that ALL CARA VSP plans will receive a rate pass for the renewal year. Current rates will remain the same until 2/28/07.

PacifiCare Small Group ~ Effective 2/1/06
• QHDHP 80-50/2700 and SDHP 80-50/2000 plans will be added to the Choice Series.
• There will be minimal rate changes.
• Rating Area Change – Imperial County will be moving from Area 9 to Area 3.
Blue Shield Individual & Family Plans ~ Effective 2/1/06
• Rates will be increasing.
• Two new plans: Active Start Plan 25 and Access+ Value HMO
PacifiCare Individual & Family Plans ~ Effective 2/1/06
• PPO HIPAA plan rates and plan options are changing.
• New SDHP 70-50/3000 plan will replace PPO 70-50/2000 plan for new enrollees.
• Current members of PPO 70-50/2000 plan will remain as long as premiums are received.
Health Net Individual & Family Plans ~ Effective 1/1/06
• No rate increase.
• Three new NO DEDUCTIBLE PPO plans: SimpleValue 50, SimpleValue 40, and SimpleValue 30.
• Copays apply to Office Visits and Preventive Care services.
